i think tht is why theres come a word - patience.chinese blieve tht is always yin n yang.so,personally i do blive tht..when theres a time we lost our temper,try 2 control urself n take a dept breath to calm down.coz "hadith" says,"whenever u get angry,u r actually expose urself to satan who blow up ur mind n ask u to do the bad thing".

That was well said. Only thing is after controlling my mind , i blew it and 'run to the hills' and disappear .

But one good thing is, after that , i would quickly forget everything ( unless the issue is superbig and serious )and life goes back to normal.
