This was held on Thursday 24th. July 2008. Again, another productive session, thrashing out the programme and other nitty-gritty stuff. And again, committee members have been excellent in contributing ideas and suggestions.

The Committee has also listed down things that participants would have to bring. We also agree that we should have a pre-camp briefing.

The main idea is to make full use of the little time that we have at Rock Era Resort. So we have scrapped the two-hour or so of briefing and allocation on groups on the first morning and instead have it during the pre-briefing.

Anyway, to the Committee, the biggest test would be on 28th. July (Monday) which is the closing date of the submission of the forms. The signs are that there'll may well be more than the 50 planned places. So we are actually playing it by ear and see the development.

Then only could we finalize other arrangements like the allocation of tents and so on.
